Digital Confindustria: Avenia president, new board elected

The Association of Electronics, IT and Telecom Companies has completed the nominations. Here are all the names elected for the next three years

After the appointment of Cesare Avenia to the presidency of Confindustria digitale in place of Elio Catania, which took place at the end of March, the assembly of the association that represents electronics, IT and telecommunications companies renewed its governing bodies by electing 19 members of the General Council, the College of arbitrators, the Board of Auditors, who will remain in office for the next three years. They will join him Marco Gay (Digital Magics) as acting vice president e Peter Guindani vice president. Here are all the other names that entered the council:

Cesare Avenia he started his career in Italtel and Alcatel and then in London in Ericsson Telecomunicazioni Spa, where he covered all the steps of his career up to becoming managing director and president. He was chairman of the Board of Directors of Sony Ericsson Italia and Asstel Assotelecomunicazioni as well as vice-chairman of Confindustria Digitale. He is a member of the Board of Assonime and president of the Lars Magnus Ericsson Foundation.
