In fact, the Bank of Italy has officially communicated the registration of the Consortium in the special list of Confidi subject to supervision envisaged by Legislative Decree 385/93, thus entering the "national elite” of credit guarantee consortia, among the very few operating in the South and which manage about 50% of the guarantees in the area.
The Campania Consortium reaches registration thanks to the achievement of some goals regarding the regulatory capital and the requirements that have responded perfectly to the regulations in force; with this turning point in its path, Confidi Regione Campania submits to rigorous controls by the Bank of Italy on activities and documents.
For associated companies, the guarantee issued by Confidi Regione Campania as a financial intermediary takes on a different value as it transmits the weighting recognized by the Bank of Italy on the guaranteed part, allowing reduce credit costs, expand access to credit and to present to the banks with a more solid and structured guarantor.

Trust Campania Region is a territorial body that operates as an intermediary between the banking system, small and medium-sized enterprises and freelance professionals; to facilitate companies' access to bank credit, it operates for the granting of collective guarantees at particularly advantageous and transparent conditions. Initially born as CONFIDI Napoli in 1965, it assumed the regional dimension in 2009. As at 31 December 2013, Confidi Regione Campania had over 2000 member companies, 35 banking agreements, €13 million in assets and €98 million in guarantees.
