Zelensky: 'Russia has started to lose'

Ukrainian President Zelensky has work opened of the conference: “We are all the free world. And there is no alternative: we must win against Goliath. The Russian Goliath is just starting to lose. There is no alternative, theUkraine must win. There is no alternative, Ukraine must become a member of the EU. There is no alternative: Ukraine must join NATO,” he declared Zelensky intervening in video link.

During his speech, the German Chancellor Olaf Scholz underlined the importance of the European Union to row cohesively in the same direction: “Who can send tanks to Ukraine do it now. In arms policy, the European Union must row in the same direction” while emphasizing the importance of not arriving at a direct confrontation “We are concerned that do not come to a war between NATO and Russia. We will continue to strike the balance between providing the best possible support for Ukraine and avoiding an unwanted escalation.”

Il President Macron pointed out that it is not yet the time for dialogue with Russia: “Today is clearly not the time for dialogue because Russia has chosen war and is committing crimes. There is a right that must be claimed: the new imperialism, the new colonialism cannot be legitimized. This war has not only violated the UN charter but also that of the Security Council”.
