Condominiums: agreement between Intesa Sanpaolo and A2a for energy efficiency

Intesa Sanpaolo e A2A have signed an agreement to promote energy efficiency measures in condominiums.

The agreement provides that A2a Energy Solutions will offer technical solutions and tools while Intesa Sanpaolo will evaluate the concession of banking and financial services to customers, with the aim of promoting energy efficiency measures in residential buildings.

In addition to the financing and incentives linked to tax deductions, there is also the possibility of transferring the tax credit to A2A Energy Solutions, reducing the initial economic effort of a condominium for carrying out the works.

Redevelopment of the building's centralized heating system (which may allow for an improvement in energy and environmental performance), installation of a photovoltaic or solar thermal system, installation of a "thermal coat" on the building, relamping of the lighting. These are some of the solutions offered by the subsidiary A2A Energy Solutions. Once the ideal energy efficiency solution has been chosen, the condominium will be able to request a loan from Intesa Sanpaolo for a maximum duration of 10 years and up to a maximum of 80% of the investment, which will have dedicated conditions, a 50% reduction in expenses of investigation and the guarantee of certain and contained times for the conclusion of the investigations, clarifies the joint note.
