Unicredit joins Eni gas and light and Harley & Dikkinson by adhering to GiaccaMio, the service aimed at the energy requalification and seismic safety of condominium buildings, a potential market in Italy of around 10 billion (pa) for the next 11 years. The DocciaMio service was designed by Eni gas e luce, with the contribution of specialist partners from its energy services network and with Harley&Dikkinson, developer of the WikiBuilding platform, in compliance with the legislation on "ecobonus" (tax deductions up to 75 % of the cost of the works) and "sismabonus" (up to 85%) with the possibility of transferring the tax credit to third parties.
Presented on the occasion of the FuoriSalone in Milan, at the evening organized last April 10 by Eni gas e luce at the Brera Botanical Garden, The GiaccaMio service is not limited to the thermal insulation of buildings to reduce heat loss, but extends to the energy adaptation of condominium thermal plants with the possibility of using all the tax advantages provided by the ecobonus in this case as well. The condominium that intends to install DocciaMio will also be able to transfer to the operating partner of Eni gas and electricity all the tax deductions obtainable, according to what is established by law, and pay, even in installments, only the remaining amount of the total expense.
The condominium will also be able to obtain from the Bank the financing of the part exceeding the tax bonus with a loan with a maximum duration of 10 years in order to allow the costs to be covered with the savings obtained.
