After more than a year of waiting they were published the dates of the written tests valid for the 2022 secondary school competition which aims to fill beyond 26 thousand chairs middle and high school. According to the calendar published today, Wednesday 23 February, from Ministry of Education the written tests will begin on 14 March and end almost a month later. On April 13th.

Secondary school competition 2022: the general rules

The competition includes two tests. The first, to be performed on the computer, will be a multiple choice essay. There will be 50 questions with 4 options, only one of which is correct. 40 questions will be on the teaching subject, 5 on the English language and as many on digital tools. There will be 100 minutes to answer. The maximum score that can be reached will be 100 points, 70 will be needed to pass. 

Once the writing is complete, we will move on to the oral exam centered on a simulated lesson. Also in this case you can reach a maximum of 100 points. Overall, however, it will be possible to reach 250 because the 100 deriving from qualifications are added to the 100 points for the written and 50 for the oral exam.

Secondary school competition 2022: exam locations

The written tests will be held in the Region for which the candidate has applied to participate. The specific venue will be identified by the competent regional school offices (Usr) and will be announced at least fifteen days before the date of the tests.

Written exam schedule

As mentioned, the written tests for the ordinary competition called to recruit teachers for the common and support posts of the I and II level secondary school will start on Monday 14 March and will end on Wednesday 13 April. The calendar published by the Ministry of Education provides that the tests take place on the following days: 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 28, 29, 30, 31 March and 1, 4, 5 , 6, 7, 8, 11, 12, 13 April 2022.

With the exception of 14-15 March, when only one test will take place in the afternoon, on the other days there are two shifts: one in the morning and one in the afternoon.
