Principals competition, second act. After the annulment by the Tar of Lazio, the Council of State suspended the decision of the Administrative Courtthus ensuring the completion of the procedures for the selection of 2.050 school leaders.
The VI Section of the highest administrative body accepted with two orders the precautionary appeal of the Ministry of Education, which asked to suspend, pending the merits, the sentence with which the Lazio Regional Administrative Court had canceled the competition.
On 2 July the sentence of the Tar had accepted the appeal of some candidates, who protested the incompatibility of three members of the subcommittees in charge of evaluating the written tests.
"Regardless of the merits of the questions devolved on appeal and of any assessment of the effective disabling extent of the alleged defects (especially the defects found by the first judge) - write the judges of the Council of State - the public interest in the timely conclusion must be considered paramount of the competition procedure, also taking into account the timing envisaged for the procedure for the placement of successful candidates and for the assignment of school management positions with effect from 2019 September XNUMX".
The ordinances thus allow the Miur to complete the oral exam and finish the recruitment. The public hearing for the final decision has already been set for 17 October 2019.

I know how much the winners have studied. I've been there: I too did this competition years ago. The Italian school cannot wait, it needs new school principals to lead our institutes and overcome the harmful phenomenon of the regencies. We'll give it to them."
Recruitments will be made with reserve, because the definitive judgment will come only when the school year has already begun.
