The Ministry of the Economy and Finance announces that an exchange operation will be carried out tomorrow through the telematic trading system. One security issue will be offered against four repurchase securities.
This will be the bond being issued: the BTP 01/08/2017, coupon 5,25% (IT0003242747).
While the securities admitted for the exchange (which will be repurchased) are: IT0004220627 BTP 15/04/2012, coupon 4,00% – IT0003625909 BTP' i' i 15/09/2014, real coupon 2,15% – IT0004321813 CCT 01 /12/2014- IT0004404965 CCT 01/09/2015A.
The operation will take place from 10 to 11. The repurchase prices of the securities will be visible directly and exclusively on the electronic platform. The assignment of the securities issued will be carried out at the price indicated by the individual operators and accepted by the MEF.
Only "Government bond specialists" will be able to participate in the aforementioned operation. No placement fee will be paid.
The settlement of the transaction is expected on December 12, 2011.
