Online communication: Eni drops the trio and confirms itself as the best among the listed companies

Podium almost photocopied in comparison with last year's Webranking classification compiled by Comprend and Lundquist: first Eni, second Telecom Italia and third Snam – Salini Impregilo and Yoox-Net-A-Porter grow a lot

Online communication: Eni drops the trio and confirms itself as the best among the listed companies

A team that wins doesn't change, as we would say in sport. And indeed, the podium of companies listed on the Stock Exchange that communicate better on the web always sees the same protagonists: a Eni winner's palm, behind Telecom Italy and third Snam. The only difference compared to last year is the TLC group overtaking Snam.

La Webranking Italy 2015 drawn up by Comprend with the specialized company Lundquist examines the online communication of companies listed on the Stock Exchange, from the institutional website up to the management of social networks.

And evidently at Eni we rely on excellent professionals given that the six-legged dog group wins the gold medal in this particular classification for the third year in a row. According to Webranking research, Eni's website stands out for the in-depth presentation of the company's way of operating, its presence in the world and the relationship between sustainability and business model. Interesting, and probably decisive for the victory in 2015, the recent opening of the Eni's Global Page on Facebook, and Eniday, the online magazine that tells stories of exploration and research.

The online communication ranking of listed companies evaluates the groups on a scale of values from zero to one hundred and considers all those competitors that exceed the value of fifty to have been promoted. The companies that are below thirty points risk leaving next year's rankings. And among the latter we find important names such as Exor, Mediaset and Salvatore Ferragamo. On the other hand, Salini Impregilo is on the rise (+23,8 points), Yoox Net-A-Porter (the opposite would surprise us given that we are talking about an e-commerce group) and Generali (+17,2 points).
