Airlines, the rankings: the best in First Class, Business and Low Cost

Iata, the international association that brings together 80% of international airlines, by the end of 2016, 3,8 billion people will have taken a plane. However, if you want to transform a single flight into a real experience not to be forgotten, you have to keep an eye on Asia and the Middle East.

Singapore Airlines, Emirates, Qatar Airways and Etihad dominate the skies around the world and they are the four companies that compete for first place in the ranking of the best at an international level. Flying with them means enjoying maximum comfort without having to worry about anything. Of course, you have to shell out a lot of money.

Il Corriere della Sera has processed the data collected by the Anglo-French platform www.flight-report.com realizing the top ten worldwide for each travel class: Economy, Premium Economy, Business and First.

Low Cost European
Perhaps it is the ranking that interests European citizens the most. What are the best low cost hotels on the old continent? If you look at the Economy class only and consider the largest ones, Norwegian dominates the continental routes with 7,14. In second place, easyJet (6,8), while on the third step of the podium we find Wizz Air (6,4). Fifth and sixth place for Ryanair (5,99) and Vueling (5,8).

It's Italy? Only one of the airlines of the Bel Paese manages to grab a sufficient stretch: Alitalia which obtains a score of 6,1 in Economy and 6,4 in Premium Economy. Meridiana instead comes a 5,15 in Economy.
