by Fulvio Coltorti – In one hundred years financial information has grown enormously in Italy too but conflicts of interest still remain cumbersome and are often the origin of poisoned fruits. Coltorti: financial information between conflicts of interest and poisoned fruits. The Parmalat case

We publish here a speech by Fulvio Coltorti, head of Mediobanca's research area, on "Large groups and financial information in the 900s", carried out recently at the Faculty of Economics of the Marche Polytechnic University in Ancona. In that same faculty Coltorti graduated at the end of the 60s following the teachings of the great economist Giorgio Fuà. The intervention starts from a study carried out by Coltorti for the 100th anniversary of Assonime, last November.
