Coca-Cola against La Doria: allegations of dumping in Australia

Coca Cola counts La Doria and Gerardo Ferraioli's Feger. In Australia, Spc Ardmona, 29% owned by the Atlanta giant, has in fact promoted an investigation against the two Italian companies at the anti-dumping commission, which has opened a procedure to verify whether the two companies have actually adopted "lower prices at their normal value and the unfair competition has caused material damage to the Australian industry”.

According to the indictment, the agricultural aid disbursed by the European Commission allows Italian operators to charge prices lower than market prices. Already last year 103 of the 105 Italian exporters of tomatoes had been condemned to suffer the imposition of certain duties for this reason. The only two to come out unscathed were Doria and Feger.
