After the publication of the second quarter results, the 0,9% increase in turnover sends the merger between Fiat Industrial and CNH flying.

The group born from the merger between Fiat Industrial and CNH flies to the Ftse Mib list after the publication of the quarterly results. In fact, in the second period of the year, the company recorded an increase in turnover of 0,9%, bringing it to 8,9 billion. However, the profit is down compared to last year when it amounted to 459 million euros - today at 358. While the list falls by 1,51%, the group gains 3,83%, bringing its shares to 6,9 euros each.

The company, in fact, confirms the targets for 2014 for which it forecasts a turnover of approximately 32 billion dollars; the operating profit of industrial activities is estimated between 2,1 and 2,2 billion, while the net profit is expected between 0,9 and one billion. Finally, earnings per share, before restructuring charges, are between $0,69 and $0,74, with net industrial debt between $2,2 and $2,1 billion.
