CNH Industrial has signed an agreement that allows it to acquire K-Line Ag, an Australian company that produces agricultural tools. The group communicates it in a note, specifying that, with this operation, "the product portfolio of Case Ih and New Hollande Agricolture, the global agricultural machinery brands of CNH Industrial, is enriched with essential equipment for working the land and managing of residues, which are the key to ensuring optimal seedbed preparation, which is essential for production yields”.

Hubertus Mühlhäuser, CEO of CNH Industrial, underlined that “the acquisition of K-Line Ag is another concrete demonstration of the declared objective for the Agriculture segment to seek strategic acquisitions to improve the offer of the various brands and, at the at the same time, reaffirm its role as consolidator of the sector. Now our brands – he added – will be able to serve their customers even better, thanks to K-Line Ag's exceptional product portfolio and a qualified and competent team that becomes part of the CNH Industrial family”.

The CNH Industrial share on the Stock Exchange rips upwards by more than 4 percentage points, to 10,4 euros per share.
