In the race to conquer the Club Med, Andrea Bonomi rejects the Chinese of Fosun. Other doubts are raised "on the financial structure of the project presented by Gaillon Invest II and Fidelidade, oriented towards the short term and intended to put pressure on the company" with possible repercussions on employment. Instead, Global Resorts emphasizes that its action and that of the other shareholders involved in the investment consortium is set on a long-term project with greater possibilities for lasting growth.
Lastly, the Chinese shareholders - continues the letter - will pursue a development strategy mainly oriented towards China, "without any commitment towards the French and European markets" .
