Cloud, Sesa concludes the tenth acquisition 2022: it owns the majority of YoctoIT

Sesa, a company active in the sector of technological innovation and IT and digital services for the business segment, has signed a partnership agreement, through the subsidiary Var Group, for theacquisition of the majority stake in YoctoIT, thus strengthening their skills in the Cloud sector. With the announcement of the latter agreement, they become ten acquisitions since the beginning of the year by Sesa, after 15 pm in 2021. 

YoctoIT, based in Monza, has a staff of about 20 employees specialized in value-added solutions and services in the data center and cloud fields which include the assessment and design of monitoring and control solutions for complex IT infrastructures with the integration of technologies based on security and business intelligence, with expected revenues in 2022 of around 4 million euros and an Ebitda Margin of 20%.

The founder and managing partner Roberto Renna will continue to operate in top positions.
