Italmobiliare yesterday signed the contract for the purchase of Clessidra Sgr Spa. The value of the transaction is approximately 20 million euro. The closing of the transaction, the project for which was announced last April 26, is subject to the approvals of the Authorities and of the subscribers of the Clessidra Capital Partners III Fund.
For Italmobiliare, the Investment Holding held by the Pesenti family which manages a diversified portfolio of investments and equity investments worth more than 2 billion euro, the Clessidra operation - states a note - "is part of a vision of a broad policy of diversification of its portfolio of investments and represents a significant opportunity to develop activities in the private equity sector through the acquisition of the main Italian operator”.
