A Chinese mask company in Wenzhou wanted to compensate its hard workers and found an original way to do it. He handed out a bonus, but not with a cash envelope or even with a bank transfer. Rather, the cash was placed in two cardboard boxes and there were many: 800 yuan, equal to 140 euros.
After that each employee was asked to draw as many banknotes as he could, but only once and with only one hand. The luckiest, or the one with the largest and most hooked hand, managed to grab 20 yuan (3.500 euros). The best thing about this particular ceremony is that it happens every year.
