On behalf of Cimolai Technology SpA and Armando Cimolai Centro Servizi Srl, with reference to the article entitled “Cimolai, the clumsy use of derivatives endangers even a very solid company like that of Pordenone”, published on First Online on Sunday 16 October last, the lawyer Grava, who legally represents the two companies in question, sends us a clarification for the purpose of an “opportune and necessary correction of the aforementioned article” and a note that we gladly publish.
“In the aforesaid article, reference is made generically to the “Cimolai family” in relation to the ownership of Cimolai SpA and the well-known events that concern only this entrepreneurial activity. In particular, in the body of the article it is reported that in the company, Cimolai SpA, "Luigi, Ivana and Roberto work" when in reality Roberto Cimolai does not work (nor has he ever worked) in Cimolai SpA being instead the owner of both Cimolai Technology SpA based in the province of Padova and Armando Cimolai Centro Servizi Srl, based in the province of Pordenone. This information is easily deduced from a simple search on the internet. Likewise Ivana Cimolai, who also died in 2020, never worked in Cimolai SpA having been an entrepreneur herself. Even this information was and is available from a trivial search on the internet.
We are also obliged to point out that Cimolai Technology SpA and Armando Cimolai Centro Servizi Srl are completely separate companies, which have no corporate or other connection with Cimolai SpA which can be referred to by the engineer Luigi Cimolai. The improper association with Cimolai SpA, and its events, of our clients (Cimolai Technology SpA and Armando Cimolai Centro Servizi Srl) as well as their owner, Roberto Cimolai, entails an undeniable negative publicity that is completely unfounded - especially in this particular historical moment - considering that Cimolai Technology SpA and Armando Cimolai Centro Servizi Srl are two very solid companies with strong growth, also appreciated and recognized by the world of information and the press specialized in economics and finance; in this regard, it will only be useful to recall that Il Sole 24 Ore has listed Cimolai Technology SpA among the "Leaders of Growth 2022" companies.
It therefore appears to be clear evidence that the unjust (as well as erroneous) approach of Roberto Cimolai to the organizational structure as well as to the events of Cimolai SpA by Luigi Cimolai does not fit well with the reality of the facts and would cause harm and damage both from the point of view of professional and industrial image of our representatives.
