Isvap, authority on private insurance, in a release released today recalls that the owners of mopeds and microcars put into circulation before 14 July 2006 without a certificate of circulation and fixed plate, must comply with the new rules of the Highway Code (law 120/2010) by 12 February 2012.
From 13 February, in fact, the old "targhino" that could be moved from one moped to another will have to be replaced by a fixed plate, under penalty of an administrative fine ranging from 389 to 1559 euros. The regularization can be carried out at a Motor Vehicle office or an authorized agency such as the Motor Vehicle Service Centre.
