Chrysler: US sales up 9%, the highest since 2007

The increasingly tricolor Chrysler brand grows for the fourth consecutive year. In 2013, the group reported a 9% US sales improvement, the highest level since 2007.

In detail, compared to 2012, car sales grew by 11%, while for trucks the increase was 8%.
Behind the percentages, the numbers. In December, Chrysler sold more than 161 units in the US, up 6% from the same period in 2012. This was the best last month of the year since 2007. Also in the States, the Jeep and Ram Truck brands both recorded double-digit percentage increases compared to December 2012, while the Fiat brand grew by 1 percent.
