Chrysler Registrations Grow for 41st Consecutive Month – Good performance for Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram Truck and Fiat brands, which recorded year-over-year sales increases.

Chrysler: US sales +12%, best August since 2007

The month that has just ended was the best August since 2007 for Chrysler in the United States. The Fiat-controlled Detroit company sold 165.552 cars on the American market, 12% more compared to the same period last year. 

Chrysler registrations thus increased for the 41st consecutive month. Good performance for the Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram Truck and Fiat brands, which recorded year-on-year sales increases.

In particular, sales of the Fiat brand in the United States grew by 1% in August compared to the same period last year. It was the best month since the launch of the Fiat 500 in 2011 and the eighteenth consecutive month of growth.

Despite these positive numbers, at the beginning of the afternoon the Fiat share lost more than three points to Piazza Affari.
