“Technically, an IPO on Chrysler would be possible by the end of 2013, however the market is not ready at the moment and therefore it would tend to move to the first quarter of 2014”. Thus expressed the CEO of Fiat Chrysler, Sergio Marchionne.
The manager added that, with the Veba health fund (from which he wants to buy the remaining shares of Chrysler), "the positions have not come close".
As regards, however, the listing on Wall Street of CNH Industrial, Marchionne said that "September 30 will be the first day of listing" and that "everything is proceeding".
In the early afternoon, the Fiat share lost 1,8%.
