That Energy e Fullness join forces to promote the development of electric mobility. Electric mobility has not only brought innovations in the way of travelling, but has also renewed the methods of refueling. For this reason, the Roman multi-utility, through its subsidiaries Acea Energia and Acea Innovation, and Plenitude (Eni), through its company Be Charge dedicated to electric mobility, have signed a agreement of interoperability which allows access, with the "Acea e-mobility" and "Be Charge" apps, to the charging services for electric vehicles offered by the network of both companies throughout the country, thus increasing the offer to its customers. This was communicated in a joint note by the two companies.
Electric car drivers need simplicity in the charging process and not needing a different application for each charging operator. And it is precisely this that makes interoperability a key factor for “zero emission” mobility.
The comments of Plenitude and Acea
“The interoperability agreement with Plenitude – he said Valerio Marra, president of Acea Energia and Acea Innovation – reinforces the strategy which aims to encourage the development of sustainable mobility to provide highly technological services at national level with increasingly widespread accessibility to citizens and businesses, and thus contribute to the country's energy transition".
“With this agreement – he declared Simone Zuccotti, Head of Business Development of Plenitude and President of Be Charge – we are proud to be able to offer our customers innovative electric mobility services in 100% of the provinces of the national territory, reaching both large urban centers and small villages in a capillary way, in in line with our growth strategy”.
