Construction, services and transport are the sectors that pull employment the most in 2015. Manpower has carried out a forecast survey on the employment rate in the period between July and September 2015: in 10 countries of the world a double-digit increase in hiring is expected . Among these Taiwan, India, Japan, China, United States, Panama, Hong Kong, Costa Rica

A Manpower report on hiring in 2015 reveals that while in countries such as Italy or Brazil the figure is in the red, in Asia hiring will reach +42% between July and September 2015. For those looking for a job it is advisable to pack your suitcase and buy a ticket for one of the following countries.

Taiwan
For the past six months, Taiwan's labor market has been confirmed to be the most active in the world. Manpower data reveal that in the last few months of 2015, the Asian city could see a 42% rise in hiring compared to a global average of nearly 10%. The peak in employment will be due above all to the service and manufacturing sector where one out of two employers expects new hires for 2015. 

India
After four negative quarters, India declares itself ready to hire. For the period between July and September 2015, hirings are expected to rise by 37%. The problem highlighted by Manpower is not so much the lack of jobs but rather the difficulty in finding suitable professional profiles. Manpower reveals that companies in India "continue to be frustrated by the difficulty of finding people with the desired qualifications, in particular by the difficulty of recruiting a wide variety of technical and professional figures". Some of the hardest to find workers in India include IT professionals, administrative staff, lecturers, finance specialists and lecturers.

Japan
At the culmination of four quarters of recovery, Japan could achieve +23% in employment at the end of 2015. The demand for workers is mainly driven by the industrial, mining and construction sectors. but as in India, also in Japan there is a list of unobtainable workers, among them: commercials, IT professionals, finance and accounting experts and healthcare professionals and representatives.

Hong Kong
Even in Hong Kong, the prospects for employment growth in the last few months of 2015 are interesting. Indeed, according to Manpower, between July and September employment could register a growth of 16% compared to the previous quarter. In Hong Kong the most sought-after figures are: drivers, sales representatives and managers.

United States
Despite the negative trend in GDP in the first quarter, recruitment plans in the United States show no signs of slowing down. For the period in question, the United States expects hiring up 16% compared to the previous quarter. the most numerous and interesting job offers come from the construction, transport and entertainment sectors. 

Costa Rica
Tiny Costa Rica also has double-digit hiring prospects. According to the manpower survey between July and September 2015, Costa Rica will see a 14% increase in hiring compared to the first months of the year. The construction and transport sectors have driven hiring.

Turkey
Despite the political shocks that have been felt in the country since the last elections, the country's employment prospects remain positive. In the period indicated by Manpower, hiring should achieve a +14% increase compared to the first quarter of 2015. Growth in hiring, underlines Manpower, "is expected in all industries and in all regions".

China
Most of the upcoming hires will be in the infrastructure sector, the flagship of the Chinese economy. According to data collected by Manpower on job prospects in China, hiring is expected to rise by 13% compared to the first three months of 2015.

Colombia
In a South America with bleak prospects, just look at Brazil which expects a -4% on employment, while Colombia goes against the tide. In fact, in the South American country, an estimated +13% of hirings over the previous quarter. According to Manpower, eight out of nine economic sectors say they are ready to hire in the coming months; among the most dynamic construction and transport.

Panama
The massive reservoir project to connect the Atlantic and Pacific will create new jobs in Panama. In fact, the boom in jobs is expected above all in the construction and services sectors which between July and September 2015 will mark a +13% increase in employment over the previous quarter.
