Culture is not just reading a book or attending a show, culture is knowing, understanding, knowing. In this particular moment it is important to know what awaits us, to understand that a change is needed and to know what is unknown to us.
Here is the need for solidarity, mutual aid and to understand that immediate change is needed. For many years Punto d'Incontro has lived and brought to life knowledge between different countries, cultures, mentalities and in this long and articulated path Punto d'Incontro has given ample space to the figurative arts, theatre, music and literature, to beauty. All of this is today, despite the emergency we are experiencing, usable via the internet.
This is therefore the moment, more than ever, to remember that culture is the strength, the backbone, the soul of our country without ever forgetting that culture also offers countless jobs.
And here, despite this terrible moment, art makes its voice heard with a great virtual exhibition "CecinArte Festival" www.cecinarte.dimensioned.it.
