The Board of Directors of Cdp Networks, a company of the Cassa Depositi e Prestiti group, has approved the accounts of the year 2023. These results will be presented to the shareholders' meeting, called for May 13 and 23, 2024, for final approval.
The company showed a solid performance in 2023, with a assets of 5,3 billion euros, a net worth of 3,6 billion euros and a net profit of 513 million euros up 2% compared to 2022, mainly due to higher dividends. These results were driven by the shareholdings in Terna, Snam and Italgas (valued at acquisition cost and equal to 5 billion euros). The passive shows debts for financing long-term equal to 1,7 billion euros. Dividends distributed amounted to 553 million euros, an increase of 6% compared to the previous year.
The consolidated data present total assets of 74 billion euros, with the consolidated net worth reaching 18,9 billion euros. Consolidated net profit jumped by 24%, reaching 2,2 billion euros. The net result for Cdp Reti shareholders is 631 million euros.
The shareholders' meeting, called for May 2024, will approve a overall ordinary dividend for 2023 of 512.537.221,62 euros (3.173,33 euros per share), with 343.042.814,88 euros already distributed as an interim payment in November 2023. The balance of the dividend, approximately 169 million euros (1.049,41 euro per share), will be paid by May 31, 2024.
