Cdp Reti: green light for interim dividend for 2023

The Board of Directors of Cdp Networks, during today's meeting, approved the distribution to shareholders of a interim dividend for 2023, in line with what has happened from 2016 to today. The approved amount amounts to 343 million euro, corresponding to 2.123,92 euros per share, before any tax deductions.

Payment by November 30th

The interim dividend, paid for by 30 November 2023, was decided based on the company's accounting situation as of 30 June 2023, drawn up according to the international accounting standards IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standard). This budget reflects a Net income of approximately 343 million euros and available reserves of approximately 3,369 billion euros.
