The shareholders' meeting of Cassa depositi e prestiti approved the financial statements as at 31 December 2016, which present a net profit of 1.662.672.023 euros. A dividend of 986.900.875,84 euros will be distributed to the shareholders.
The assembly also has confirmed as director Andrea Sironi (co-opted by the board of directors on 14 December 2016) and, in an extraordinary session, approved some statutory amendments regarding the financing activities of Cdp as a National Promotional Institution and the composition of the Risk Committee set up within the board of directors.
