Cassa Depositi e Prestiti, Mediobanca and Finint Investments have issued two bonds for a total amount of 30 million euro. The emissions will be used to support the investment and growth plans envisaged by Imi Fabi, a company active in the production of talc minerals, in the business plan to 2025.
Going into detail, Cassa Depositi subscribed half of the total amount (15 million), Mediobanca subscribed 10 million, Finint 5 million euro.
The two bonds have the same characteristics in terms of structure, amortising repayment, maturity in December 2024 and a 5% coupon. The securities will be listed on the multilateral trading facility managed by Borsa Italiana in the professional ExtraMot Pro segment.
The Imi Fabi group, with a consolidated turnover of 150 million euros in 2017, is made up of 10 operating companies, of which 4 in Europe, 2 in Asia, 2 in North America, 1 in South America and 1 in Australia, and can count out of 7 mines. Its core business is the production of functional minerals for various industrial sectors.
Mediobanca – Banca di Credito Finanziario assisted the Imi Fabi group and the three investors as Sole Arranger of the transaction.
