Cdp Reti presented the list of its candidates for the renewal of the Snam Board of Directors in view of the meeting for the renewal of the top management scheduled for 27 April. This was reported in a note by Cassa Depositi e Prestiti, Snam's leading shareholder with 30,1%. Carlo Malacarne, current CEO outgoing at the end of his third term, will remain in Snam as president. The second name on the list is that of Marco Alverà, possible managing director. The press release does not give indications on the division of powers between the president and CEO which will be defined with the first meeting of the new board of directors.
The list also includes Alessandro Tonetti (deputy head of cabinet of the MEF), Yunpeng He (Deputy Director of the European office of State Grid Corporation of China, director of Cdp Reti and Terna), Monica De Virgiliis (independent), Lucia Morselli (independent , former CEO of Acciai speciali Terni). For the board of statutory auditors: Leo Amato and Maria Luisa Mosconi as standing auditors and Maria Gimigliano as alternate auditor.
