Cassa Depositi e Prestiti ed Elite | Euronext group present the Cdp-Elite Lounge: an initiative developed to accompany the growth of Italian small and medium enterprises. The program is aimed at companies with a solid business model and interested in accelerating their own sustainable growth path in the long run. Joining the initiative will allow companies to develop new skills, become aware of all the tools available to consolidate their development plans, expand relationships with other companies and with the world of advisory and, lastly, to access the private and public capital market. In particular, companies will be able to join an initial 24-month membership which will give access to a series of dedicated services and benefits:
- Expertise – Through training and mentoring activities for top management, companies will be able to participate in Strategy & Finance sessions and workshops that combine theory and practical case studies in an interactive format and in which they will be able to meet professors from the best business schools and ELITE Partners on the most relevant topics for the strategy of one's business.
- Coaching – The Cdp and Elite representatives will be available to each company to support it in the definition, implementation and monitoring of its "Action Plan", in expanding its network with the knowledge of new partners and advisors and, moreover, in the presentation and participation in dedicated evaluation sessions with the aim of identifying and intervening on the specific needs of each reality.
- Capital for growth – Possibility of accessing alternative and complementary financial instruments to traditional ones, both on the debt and equity side, to support the growth plans of companies with new liquidity.
- Assignments - Dissertation sessions - Attendance – The companies that will join the Lounge will have access to the broader Elite ecosystem which today has over 1.400 companies from 23 countries and representatives of over 30 sectors, where it will be possible to multiply business opportunities and connections with entrepreneurs, advisors and investors, benefiting from greater visibility both in the media and towards the European industrial and financial community.
