This was announced by ACRI in a press release – The unanimous decision was taken during a meeting of the member Foundations – An internal committee of guarantors has been formed for the conversion.
The Foundations adhering to ACRI, during today's meeting, established, through a "unanimous positive assessment" of convert the shares held in CDP (equal to approximately 30% of the capital) from preferred to ordinary.
This was announced by ACRI, in a night in which it also reads that "The assembly has identified an internal committee of guarantors to follow the entire conversion procedure".
