According to private shareholders, the contribution of Foundations to the capital increases that Cassa Depositi e Prestiti has recorded since 2003 is worth three billion. The value is obtained from the opinion of the Council of State on the conversion.
The administrative judges indicate that the share of the entities in the share capital is 30%. On the basis of the Deloitte appraisal, the capital increases over the last ten years – that is, since the Foundations joined the CDP – amount to approximately 10 billion. This value, according to Radiocor's information, will be considered a milestone in the conversion negotiation with the Treasury.
Consequently the claims of via XX settembre on the balance for the Foundations should be reduced from 5 to one billion, considering what has already been paid by the entities.
Meanwhile, next Thursday, a totalitarian meeting of the CDP will insert a transitional provision in the Statute which will lead to an extension of the deadline for the conversion without setting a specific date. The rule will bind the conversion at the moment of the definition of the price. All should be closed by March.
