Cdm gives green light to pre-compiled 730

comes the 730 pre-filled for employees and retirees. The Council of Ministers yesterday gave the green light to the legislative decree on tax simplification and pre-filled tax returns, which the Government intends will put an end to the last-minute rush to the Caf or the uncertainty about how much to pay in taxes.

Starting from 2015, 30 million Italians will thus receive their tax return at home directly from the Revenue Agency. It will be up to the Tax Administration to collect and process the data and send the results to the taxpayer according to a strict deadline storm. The taxpayer will still have the obligation to verify the accuracy and completeness of the data, and of course to pay.

If he does so late, or delays in communicating the income not calculated in the first return (which will be essential but will need to be supplemented) he will be fined 100 euros. The declaration is made available online by 15 April and the citizen can therefore accept it as it is or modify it, correcting the data and adding others. You can do it alone or with the assistance of Cafs and qualified professionals: the submission deadline is July 7th. The checks will change depending on whether the 'precompiled' has been accepted without changes or not.
