Yesterday the Russian oil company Rosneft officially entered the capital of Pirelli with 13%, while its chairman, Igor Sechin, made his entry into the board of directors of the tire company.

The four representatives of the Clessidra fund (which exits from Pirelli) and the two of Nuove Partecipazioni have resigned from the Board of Directors of Pirelli.
