Following Cattolica's entry as Promoting Partner, Carlo Scarbolo was appointed Director of the Foundation, which today has 16 Partners. Luigi Barcarolo, Director of Motor Damage and Insurance Analytics & Business Architecture of the Veneto insurance group, commented: “At Cattolica we have the ambition to put the person at the center of everything we do and when, as part of the activities we are carrying out in partnership with Coopselios, we met the Easy Care Foundation it was natural to talk to them to enter to be part, even in a long-term perspective, of a qualified reality in the field of innovative welfare models. Our entry into the Easy Care Foundation will allow us to have a privileged view of the Elderly Care sector in particular and to increase our know-how, thus strengthening our social commitment and improving the quality of the products and services that we will offer to our customers. to families with frail elderly people”.

Since 2014, the Easy Care Foundation has created, under the high patronage of the European Parliament, the Social Cohesion Days, the first biennial festival in Italy dedicated to social cohesion, and has established the OCIS - International Observatory for Cohesion and l 'Social Inclusion which, through a special Scientific Committee, produces popular articles and reports of national and international relevance, such as the Social Cohesion Papers. The second biennial Report on measuring the level of Social Cohesion, published in 2018, takes a snapshot from which the "5 Italys" emerge, made up of Regions with very high social cohesion, including Lombardy, Emilia-Romagna and Veneto, and less virtuous Regions . Starting from the studies and activities carried out in recent years and the know-how contributed by the partners, Easy Care Foundation is working on the Manifesto for Social Cohesion: an appeal, which will be drawn up according to a participatory process by 2020, addressed to Governments and Institutions for the recovery of the centrality of social cohesion issues in national and European political agendas.
