The Agents Tour 2019 - Ready for Life, organized by the Professional Channels Distribution Department of Cattolica Assicurazioni - has concluded. More than 1000 agents were reached in three stages: Naples, Rome and Milan.

With the third and final stage in Milan, at the Palazzo del Ghiaccio, Cattolica Assicurazioni concluded yesterday the Tour Agenti 2019 - Pronti alla Vita, which started on March 26 from the Maritime Station of Naples and continued with the intermediate event in Rome, at the Salone delle Fountains, on March 29th. The meetings promoted by the Professional Channels Distribution Department of Cattolica Assicurazioni, headed by Marco Lamola, have reached more than 1000 agents with the intention of presenting the results obtained by the agency network in 2018 and outlining the guidelines for 2019, to be pursued with the support of the Company.

After a video greeting message from the Chief Executive Officer of the Cattolica Assicurazioni Group, Alberto Minali, the two General Managers, Carlo Ferraresi and Valter Trevisani, took the floor in the first part of the day, who, each in their respective areas of responsibility, presented the activities and actions that the Compagnia is implementing to improve the service to the agencies. Cattolica's management then took the stage, meeting for the first time at an event dedicated to agents, to illustrate the path of profitable growth that the Departments have undertaken for the benefit of agencies and customers.

Nazareno Cerni, Deputy General Manager and Non-Auto Non-Life Director he focused on CattRe and the Specialty Lines; Luigi Barcarolo, Head of the Motor Damage and Insurance Analytics and Business Architecture Department, outlined the data of the 2018 RCA sector and the prospects of the 2019 Connected Motor; Carlalberto Crippa, Head of Digital Distribution & New Markets, illustrated the functioning of the Cattolica App as a tool to support agencies in managing the relationship with the end customer and introduced the Customer Community project; Piero Fusco, Head of the Non-Profit Religious Entities Business Unit, defined the Company's prospects for ecclesiastical entities and the third sector; Alberto Guidi, Chief Claim Officer, spoke about the reorganization of the Claims Department; Daniele Maffei, Director of the Life and Pensions Department defined the 2019 priorities; Francesco Minelli, Marketing Director finally explained the opportunities of the IDD, the 2019 priorities and how marketing supports the agency network.

Numbers, objectives, initiatives, tools were the protagonists of the second part of the day, during which Marco Lamola passed the baton to the District Heads: Salvatore Rapisarda for Naples, Paolo Coratti for Rome and Roberto Dinoi for Milan. The three managers highlighted the strengths and areas for improvement of their networks. The usual attention to people was not lacking with the awarding of the agents who most distinguished themselves in 2018, and the celebration of those who have dedicated 20, 30 and 40 years of their professional life to Cattolica Assicurazioni.
