Premafin case: the Pd asks Minister Passera to remove or suspend Gianni from Isvap

Head-on attack by the Democratic Party on the leaders of Isvap on the Premafin-Fondiaria case. The deputy Pd Antonio Luongo presented a written question to the Minister of Economic Development, Corrado Passera, who also has responsibility for insurance, to ask what information he has on the Fondiaria-Sai crisis. But above all Luongo asks the minister "if he doesn't believe that there are no conditions for exercising the powers referred to in article 10, paragraph 2, of law 576 of 1982" which provides for the hypothesis of removal or suspension of the president of Isvap Giancarlo Giannini.
