Case Ilva, the former presidents do not respond to the investigating judge of Varese

Emilio Riva and his son Nicola, former presidents of Ilva, arrested on July 26 for an environmental disaster as part of the investigation into the pollution caused by the Taranto steel plant, have availed themselves of the right not to answer before the investigating judge of the court of Varese, who had to question them by letter rogatory. The same defensive line was also adopted this morning by the other six managers and former managers of the factory arrested in Taranto.
