Il Court of Como by decree issued on November 21, 2022 and published on December 14, 2022, has approved the procedure of preventive agreement of the Casino of Campione SpA.
The arrangement made it possible to reopen the casino even if burdened by a debt of over 130 million euros. Giving a positive opinion, the judges thus confirmed its reopening.
Il Casino of Campione d'Italia had reopened its doors on January 26, 2022 after three years of closure.
