The VAT for the purchase of a house directly from the builder can be discounted by 50% from the buyer's Irpef. This is established by an amendment to the Stability Bill approved by the House Budget Committee. The Commission is preparing to conclude the examination of the bill during the day (the budget provisions are expected tomorrow at 16 pm in the Chamber of Deputies for the start of the general discussion).
During the night, among other things, the security-culture package was approved, as well as the Government amendments which bring forward to 2016 the extension of the no-tax area to eight thousand euros for pensioners and avert the risk of negative adjustments, due to reduced inflation, of checks cashed in 2015.
The amendments by the rapporteurs which exempted airports from the Via and extended the assignment to Selex ES of the Sistri service were also withdrawn.
