In fact, thanks to the modular setting of the product, each customer can build his own customized policy activating the most suitable guarantees for you and your lifestyle and obtaining complete protection of the person, the family, the home and all the assets present within it.
The offer, developed starting from the analysis and listening to customers and their needs, responds to the most varied requests for protection and also has a section dedicated to growing IT risks and to pet owners, especially dogs and cats. With a view to being close to the customer, the information set of Active Home&Person it has been written simply and clearly to make the conditions easy to understand.
COTTAGE
With Active Casa&Persona the customer, whether owner or tenant, can protect his home in the event of fire, natural disasters, theft, and enjoy specific and dedicated assistance with emergency interventions and craftsmen always at his disposal in the event of an unexpected event. Thanks to the partnership with IMA Protect, a leading company in the remote surveillance sector, Active Casa&Persona provides the possibility of installing sophisticated and cutting-edge security systems, within reach of a smartphone for all customers who want a protected and monitored home, both during the day and at night, even when I'm not there.
From two remote surveillance centres, specialized operators guarantee the safety of the home by managing the alarms remotely and activating, if necessary, prompt intervention on the spot with security guards or the police, in the event of a proven emergency. To respond to specific needs connected to the peculiarity of our territory highly exposed to natural disasters, an important economic protection has also been included in the event of catastrophic events, such as earthquakes, inundations, inundations and flooding. In addition to indemnifying the damage suffered by the home and the goods contained therein, the guarantee covers basic necessities, the costs of replacement housing and the costs of transfer and custody of the goods not affected by the catastrophic event.
PERSON
The attention to the person has translated into an offer based on four lifestyles of the customer segments: metropolitan, digital, dynamic, provident.
