The free fall of the Italian real estate market does not stop. According to data published this morning by the Revenue Agency Observatory, in 2013 residential sales fell by 9,2%, to 403, i.e. below 1985 levels.
Compared to 2012, in any case, the trend in sales has improved, considering that two years ago the market had recorded a contraction of 25,8%.
"There has been a stop towards the abyss, but the negative sign continues", commented Omise's central director, Gianni Guerrieri, illustrating the data.
