The ransom in the assembly of theEnel who crowned Flavius Cattaneo at the helm of the electric group and Paolo Scaroni to the presidency with Bulgarian majorities does not cancel the fool remedied the day before by Assogestioni in the assembly of Leonardo. At the Enel assembly, Assogestioni managed to get all three of its candidates elected to the Board of Directors, prevailing on the international background Covalis but that doesn't heal the wounds of the day before.
The association that collects mutual funds and which should represent the world of Italian savings was literally outclassed by the American fund GreenWood Investors and other foreign funds which were awarded four of Leonardo's 12 new directors leaving Assogestioni completely dry. Not even a councilor on Leonardo's board for who should represent the Italian market. A historic defeat that can have many causes: from the quality of the candidates proposed to the lack of independence from the choices of the MEF, the controlling shareholder of the national defense and aerospace giant. It will be difficult to archive a defeat like this and great reflections open up on the future of an association, chaired by a respectable money manager like Carlo Trabattoni and which in the past has had presidents of the caliber of Domenico Seneschal, Marcellus Messers and, more recently, Thomas corks.
