Cariparma-Edison, with the home loan also the free electricity bill

The Cariparma Crédit Agricole group launches a 'green mortgage' in which it guarantees, with Edison, the free supply of electricity for one year for the home purchased – Thanks to the collaboration with AzzeroCO2, a tree will be planted for each mortgage disbursed for the degraded areas and areas at risk of hydrogeological instability

A ceiling of 2,5 billion euros to be allocated to mortgages to allow families to buy a home and whoever subscribes to them will receive 1 year of free electricity supply. In addition, a tree will be planted for each loan that will be signed. This is the offer of Green 2015 mortgage launched by Cariparma Credit Agricole in collaboration with Edison.

The customer, states the banking system press release, will be provided with “transparent conditions, the installment immediately declared and its convenience over time. For example, for an amount of 100 thousand euros, the final installment for the first 24 months will be 499 euros, thanks to a entry rate of 1,82% which will remain unchanged for the first two years”.

The exclusive partnership with Edison, will allow each customer who subscribes to the loan to receive 1 year of free electricity supply.

2015 was proclaimed by the UN as the Year of Light and also for this reason cariparma has in fact decided to adopt a careful energy policy by organizing numerous initiatives together with the Edison Group including training sessions that will take place in the branches of the Banking Group with the aim of making customers aware of the subject of careful and responsible consumption of electricity and on the energy efficiency.

Remaining on the subject of electricity consumption, Edison also provides the service Energy Control, a device capable of giving a clear and simple indication of how much electricity is consumed, when and why at any time of the day.

Environmentally oriented too collaboration between Crédit Agricole and AzzeroCO2: in fact, for each loan disbursed, a tree will be planted for the redevelopment of degraded areas at risk of hydrogeological instability.
