The Board of Directors of Banca Carige will meet again, probably next Thursday, to finalize the letter of response to the Bank of Italy inspection report delivered to the Ligurian institution at the beginning of September. A source close to the matter says that Thursday's council "should be the final one" on the issue, after a first meeting last Monday and a second today. On 30 September there will be the assembly for the renewal of the board of directors, which will sanction the departure of the historic president Giovanni Berneschi.
