Chenavari received authorization from the Bank of Italy on 3 October – The transaction will be completed by 28 March 2019
Banca Carige has signed an agreement with Chenavari for the sale of 80,1% of Creditis shares. The Genoese bank communicates it in a note, specifying that the operation will be completed by 28 March 2019.
A long-term distribution agreement will also be stipulated with Creditis.
Chenavari received authorization from the Bank of Italy on 3 October 2018 and "the parties have reached an agreement on the remaining open points".
