Capgemini in search of "digital talent". The French company, which boasts over 200 employees in over 40 countries, intends to hire 1000 people in Italy by 2019.
Going into detail, half of the positions sought concern people with digital skills and new technologies. Among the required softskills, however, there is the propensity for teamwork and cooperation. An integration path and a "diversified professional growth based on potential and skills" will be prepared for everyone.
The remaining 50 percent of open positions concern profiles defined as "professional" who have gained consolidated experience in the following areas: Cloud, Artificial Intelligence, Data Intelligence, Customer Experience, Digital Marketing, Cybersecurity and Digital Manufacturing.
Also research advisory figures, "with a transversal vision of the transformation and business processes in the company's reference markets" which include Financial Services, Manufacturing & Automotive, Consumer Products & Retail, Energy & Utilities, Telco & Media and Public Administration.
