SERIE A CHAMPIONSHIP - Juve beat and overtake Milan (1 to 0) with a magic from Dybala

At the last call, Juventus answered present. The bianconeri win the "play-off" against Milan with a goal from Dybala and thus grab sixth place at the expense of the Rossoneri. Who now, after yet another direct match lost (4 out of 5), are licking their wounds and wondering about what the real objective of an increasingly disappointing season could be.

The "Italian Clasico" was decidedly less beautiful than its original Spanish cousin but after all, considering the problems of the two teams, it was to be expected. Never like this time only the result counted and Juve, who played the most, took it without too many compliments. “Maybe it wasn't a good game from a technical point of view but the important thing was to win – confirmed Allegri. – We obtained the third consecutive success, nibbled away two points from Roma and overtook Milan. It's clear that we still have to improve a lot but for now it's okay”. An understandable sigh of relief from the Juventus coach, called to win to stay attached to the train of the first and, perhaps, also to save the bench.

To accomplish the mission, ironically, he really thought about it that Dybala who has always been mistreated and has now become indispensable by popular acclaim. The game remains a puzzle just like the tactical choices (yesterday the "minestrone" saw the alternation of 4-3-1-2 and 3-5-2) but in the meantime the standings are starting to take on a decidedly interesting shape. Much worse situation in the Milan house and not only for the overtaking suffered by the Lady. Here the game is even non-existent and this, in late November, is a very heavy charge against Mihajlovic's head.

The team, compared to the very first outings, concedes less but creates practically nothing: yesterday evening, at the final whistle from Mazzoleni (very good unlike Rocchi), the score for shots on goal read a very sad number 2. “We missed too many balls outgoing, we could have done much more – the analysis of the Rossoneri coach. - Sometimes we need more courage, we should always try and instead we are afraid to risk it. In any case, this defeat doesn't affect anything, the championship is still long”. It will be, in the meantime, however, the fifth knockout in the championship has arrived and today the seventh place in the standings could even get worse.

The game is the main concern, son of few ideas and a personality on which there is no room for improvement. Things are a little better at Juve but even here, apart from the result, there is still a lot to do. Even yesterday the Lady struggled a lot to unlock a bad game, in which the noteworthy technical gestures were seen with a dropper. Allegri tried to surprise Milan by deploying Hernanes and Mandzukic, thus leaving Cuadrado and Morata on the bench: Mihajlovic, who went down to Turin for a 0-0 draw despite the proclamations on the eve (Cerci and Niang were added midfielders, leaving Bacca more alone than ever ), he thanked and the first half went away without particular jolts.

In the second half, the coach, thanks to the second injury of the match (the first was that of Evra, replaced by a finally convincing Alex Sandro), inserted Bonucci in place of the Brazilian, thus passing to a 3-5-2. The move, although booed by the Stadium, made it possible to gain ground on the flanks and the game-changing goal came from there: Pogba's magic for Alex Sandro, a cross for Dybala and a great left foot to beat the innocent Donnarumma (66') . Milan's reaction? All in one shot of Cerci in practically expired time, the only goalkeeper of the entire second half. Little, very little to snatch a point from black and white Turin. Who can now concentrate on the Champions League (on Wednesday he will host City overwhelmed at home by Liverpool) with greater serenity, the same one that will be missed, for the umpteenth time, by a Mihajlovic who is increasingly on the margins of the Rossoneri world.
